With over 25 years’ experience across corporate organisations, SMEs, and not-for-profits, Nicola has held senior roles in leadership, sales, HR, recruitment, operations, and learning and development, including supporting the ‘Big 4’ on professional training needs. She supports executives, leaders, and managers to strengthen their impact and works with organisations to embed coaching cultures and achieve sustainable performance. Nicola is the Head of Individual Membership & Accreditation Services for the Association for Coaching (AC), a leading worldwide professional body for coaching, and Co-Founder and Coaching Skills Trainer at Leader as Coach, where she delivers coaching skills training to leaders and organisations. She is also an accredited PROPHET Practitioner, using the psychometric profiling tool to help teams and individuals understand motivations, decision-making styles, and working roles. In addition, Nicola is a qualified A1 assessor, former tutor, and author of NVQ/diploma distance learning publications.
